Hi! I’m Jacqueline, the PRO-Age coach! 

With over 30 years of experience as an Aesthetician and Holistic Therapist, skin health is my passion. However, my own journey hasn’t always been smooth sailing.

Back in 2018, I was overweight, battling chronic illness, dealing with painful skin breakouts, and experiencing premature ageing.

I tried expensive lotions and potions, fad diets, and medications from the doctor, but nothing worked. I felt miserable every time I looked in the mirror.

 

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get a handle on my health, my weight, or my skin.

That summer, my brother announced he was getting married, and it was the trigger I needed to make a serious change.

After losing a considerable amount of weight, I experienced the toll dramatic weight loss can take on the face and skin: dullness, loss of elasticity, and an increase in lines and wrinkles.

Thank goodness for Face Yoga and Gua Sha. After taking a short course, I was hooked and made it part of my daily skincare routine.

With consistent practice, I started seeing results:

  • My facial muscles looked more toned.
  • I saw a reduction in lines and wrinkles.
  • My overall health improved, and I had more energy.

I’ve now achieved my ideal weight and reduced my facial sagging and puffiness, all without harsh chemical fillers or invasive procedures.

For the first time in my life, I feel truly attractive, brimming with vitality and confidence, and I love the positive compliments I receive every day.

And the best part? At 54 years old, I look younger now than I did in my 30s
